Croatia osiguranje d.d. (Crosig), the largest and oldest insurer in Croatia based in Zagreb, faced pressure to digitally transform and meet rising customer expectations. With more projects touching IT, physical boards and a simple in‑house tool could no longer handle growing project volume, cross-team dependencies, and the cultural shift required to bring scrum to life.

To become the first all‑digital insurer, Crosig rolled out Jira Software and Confluence (pilot in 2020, full adoption by early 2022) across IT and beyond. The tools enabled agile practices, faster access to information, clearer visibility of processes and dependencies, and simpler day‑to‑day work—giving teams better collaboration and management more control.
