Docker adopted Confluence company-wide (and Jira for product iteration tracking). Confluence became the central hub for Sales, Marketing, Design, and Engineering to store requirements, plans, and meeting notes, while executives publish OKRs and all‑hands recordings. The result was flatter communication, fewer silos, faster onboarding of new hires, and tighter coordination between teams.
