Dachis Group, an Austin-based social media analytics firm that monitors more than 50 million social signals and 1 million brand advocates for Fortune 500 clients, needed to accelerate feature delivery and eliminate developer overhead like logging reports, filling forms, and copy‑pasting code. Dachis adopted Atlassian tools (Jira Software, Confluence, Bitbucket, Fisheye, Crucible and Capture for Jira) and a Kanban workflow—linking code reviews and source control to Jira issues and deploying builds only when quality criteria are met.
