Landsea Homes, a production home builder, needed a better way to engage prospective buyers, respond quickly to questions, and maintain consistent follow-up without stretching its sales team. The company turned to AtlasRTX and its SMS text chatbot platform, integrated with Salesforce, to streamline lead engagement from web forms and onsite digital registration.

AtlasRTX implemented several text-based chatbots to automate personalized follow-up, qualify web leads, support self-guided model home tours, and surface customer feedback for the sales team. The results included 2,961 appointments booked by a two-person inside sales team, more than 400 sales generated, an 80% web lead engagement rate, and a 43% engagement rate among all homebuyers via SMS chatbot.
