How Eastwood Homes engages with buyers and continues the conversation on text

Eastwood Homes, a North Carolina-based home builder with communities across four Southeast states, needed a better way to engage prospective buyers in their preferred channel, keep conversations going away from the computer, and reduce repetitive work for its sales team. To meet that need, Eastwood Homes turned to AtlasRTX and its SalesRTX SMS-based chatbot for sales follow-up.

Using AtlasRTX’s SalesRTX, Eastwood Homes automated text conversations with web visitors after they shared contact details. The solution drove strong results, including more than 1,500 monthly text invitations, 36,000 text messages exchanged each month, an 82.7% response rate to follow-up messages, and 192 new buyer appointments in February 2021, which led to 37 sales and a 19% appointment-to-contract conversion rate.
