Infillion Raises the Bar for Data Consumers with Atlan Scheduled Queries

Infillion, a digital media platform serving Fortune 50 brands, needed a faster way to support custom campaign reporting across a fragmented data environment. Its BI team was working with multiple systems and relied heavily on data engineers and Tableau to produce client-specific reports, which made reporting slow and labor-intensive. Atlan’s active metadata management and Atlan Insights query builder were introduced to help streamline access to data.

With Atlan Scheduled Queries in Atlan Insights, Infillion’s BI team could self-serve and automate recurring reports without engineering support. This reduced report turnaround time from about three weeks to roughly 30 minutes, removed a major bottleneck, and improved service for account managers and customers. As a result, request volume for custom scheduled reports increased, and Infillion is now looking to expand its use of Atlan for richer cataloging and data context.
