KicKee Pants, a children’s apparel brand founded in 2007, needed a better way to help shoppers find products across a wide range of colors and sizes. Its native platform made filtering and sorting difficult, and customers often had to scroll through pages of results to locate the right styles, colors, and sizes.

After a recommendation from Praella, KicKee Pants partnered with Athos Commerce to improve search and merchandising with advanced reporting, spell correction, synonyms, redirects, streamlined filters, and boost rules. Since implementing Athos Commerce in January 2023, 36% of online orders have come from search, search has driven 38% of overall revenue, and shoppers using search have generated 2.7x higher revenue per visit.
