Milton & King, an Australian lifestyle brand selling wallpaper online, needed a better way to help shoppers find products across a large and varied catalogue. Its previous search tool only looked at titles and descriptions, leaving customers and staff frustrated and making site speed a problem as the catalogue grew.
Milton & King implemented Athos Commerce for search, merchandising, and personalisation. The platform improved search across tags, brands, styles, and patterns, sped up page results, and supported D2C and B2B experiences; after the change, conversions more than doubled from 1.49% in October 2022 to 3.84% in November 2023, with 23% of total revenue coming from personalised recommendations and 26% from search.
