How Rudis has elevated its merchandising strategy using Athos Commerce’s Merchandising tools

RUDIS is a U.S.-based sports brand focused on wrestling shoes and apparel. After migrating to Shopify, the company wanted to improve ecommerce performance with cost-effective changes, especially around on-site search and product discovery. It partnered with Athos Commerce to refine search relevancy and make it easier for shoppers to find the right products.

Athos Commerce implemented its search and discovery platform and merchandising tools, with ongoing guidance from its Customer Success team. RUDIS used rules-based merchandising, A/B testing, pinned items, scheduled campaigns, and dynamic badges to improve the shopping experience. The work drove a 13.06% conversion rate for search users, who represented 4% of shoppers but generated 22% of revenue, along with an 18% lift in conversion rate on high-traffic collections, a 22% drop in bounce rate on zero-results pages, and a 12% increase in AOV.
