Outcast Clothing is a fashion brand on Shopify with separate US and Australia/UK environments. The team was dealing with recurring feed issues that could take days to resolve, disrupting operations, and they wanted a more proactive partner to help improve campaign performance. As an existing Athos Commerce customer, Outcast also used Searchspring Generative Discovery on-site search and merchandising capabilities before making the switch to Athos Commerce’s Intelligent Reach solutions.

Athos Commerce implemented the IR Feeds Module and Data Connector to improve feed management, product visibility, and campaign targeting. In the US, a new zombie campaign generated 1,467,024 impressions, 27,774 clicks, $126,003.71 in revenue, and 664 conversions, while a February 2025 product optimization test increased impressions by 41.67%, clicks by 39.83%, and revenue by 51.6% versus the control group. In Australia, from December 1, 2024 to January 31, 2025, Outcast AU cut ad spend by 77.09% and impressions by 72.23%, while increasing revenue by 24.79% and conversions by 21.97%.
