Endeavour Group, Australia’s biggest retail drinks network, was dealing with inaccurate product data, stock discrepancies, outdated information, missing attributes, and frequent Google Merchant Centre warnings and disapprovals at BWS. After seeing the results Dan Murphy’s had already achieved with Athos Commerce, BWS switched providers and adopted the Athos platform for its product feeds and Google Shopping setup.
Athos Commerce implemented Data Management, Google’s Regional Availability and Pricing module, store-level inventory support including Local Inventory Ads, and Experiments for testing feed setups. In the three months after integration, Endeavour Group reported a 152% increase in impressions, a 182% increase in clicks, a 275% increase in conversion rate, and a 314% increase in return on ad spend, while also reducing GMC disapprovals and adding 30% more products during the transition.
