Seasalt, a fashion and apparel retailer with more than 70 stores in the UK, wanted to keep pace with rapid digital growth after Covid accelerated online adoption. The company replatformed to Magento 2 across its UK, Ireland and Rest of World sites and needed a way to balance customer-led merchandising with commercial goals, while keeping category pages relevant and easy to shop. With Athos Commerce, Seasalt scheduled time-bound campaigns, pinned 16 products to the top of category pages, and let AI merchandise the rest. The retailer reported a 16% increase in conversion rate site-wide, a 20% increase in conversion rate from search, a 22% increase in average order value, and an 8% increase in session value from search.
