FatFace, a British lifestyle brand with more than 180 stores in the UK and 20 stores in the US, wanted to improve ROAS across its digital channels. The company needed a way to manage feeds for Paid Search, Paid Social, Remarketing and Affiliate Networks across a catalogue of more than 10,000 SKUs, while testing which product attributes, titles and images performed best. FatFace worked with Athos Commerce on feed management and content experimentation.
Using the Athos Commerce platform, FatFace imported, optimised and tailored product data from one place, set A/B tests in minutes, and used rules and data connections to fix errors and dynamically label products. The result was a 24% increase in ROAS, and FatFace continues to use continuous product content testing to support revenue growth.
