Incu, a fashion and apparel retailer on Shopify Plus, wanted its online shopping experience to better reflect the personalised service customers received in store. Its existing native search made it hard for shoppers to find products, returned zero results for branded queries, and took too much time to manage manually, including merchandising pages and sales collections.

Incu partnered with Athos Commerce for search, merchandising, personalisation, and product recommendations. From 2021 to 2023, the retailer saw a 15% increase in revenue from shoppers using search, 6.1x more revenue per visit from search, and 3.1x higher conversion rates from search-derived orders. Athos Commerce also reduced merchandising work from hours and full days to about 5 minutes to update collections, while helping Incu improve search results, use synonyms, and surface personalised recommendations.
