Endeavour Group, Australia’s top retail drinks company, needed to improve Google Shopping performance as product feed quality issues caused inaccurate or missing data, stock discrepancies, and product disapprovals across channels. These problems were especially acute after BWS joined the business and began affecting visibility and revenue opportunities during peak periods.
Athos Commerce implemented its Intelligent Reach Data Management module to automate and optimize product data, resolve disapprovals, and keep pricing, inventory, and product descriptions updated in real time. The rollout also included Google’s Regional Availability and Pricing integration and Local Inventory Ads, and within three months BWS saw a 152% increase in impressions, a 182% increase in clicks, a 275% rise in conversion rate, and a 314% return on ad spend, while feed disapprovals dropped by approximately 40% and 30% more products were listed in paid Google Shopping campaigns.
