How Athos Commerce’s search, merchandising, product bundling, and ecommerce personalization gave HealthPost a wellness boost in online performance

HealthPost, a New Zealand wellness retailer, needed a better way to help shoppers navigate thousands of SKUs across its HealthPost, Flora & Fauna, and Nourished Life brands. Customers searched by ingredients, benefits, values, and certifications, while the existing search solution and manual merchandising made it hard to deliver relevant results and manage the growing catalog efficiently.

Athos Commerce provided search, merchandising, product bundling, and ecommerce personalization across the group’s BigCommerce and Shopify sites. The results included a 1264% higher revenue per visit from search vs. without search, a 1039% increase in conversion rate from visits with search vs. without search, and a 20% increase in AOV from search-driven sessions. HealthPost also reported a 6.03% conversion rate on zero-results page product recommendations, over 10% conversion on cart cross-sells, and a 6.97% click-through rate on product-page bundles.
