JET Local modernizes mobile-first station finder with Athlon in 70 years of service

JET Local, a UK network of fuel forecourts owned by Phillips 66, commissioned the design and technology company Athlon to revamp its website. The challenge was to create a refreshed brand and an optimized user experience tailored to known customer behaviors.

Athlon developed a mobile-first website with enhanced user journeys, including a custom API for finding the nearest station via geolocation, postcode, or fuel type. The solution also featured motion-based UI design and more content to share personal stories. This provided users with an easy-to-navigate site that prioritizes finding stations and supports national campaigns.
