Pediatric Partners of San Diego is an 8-location pediatric practice with 18 pediatricians, 3 mid-level providers, ~74 staff and about 41,000 patients. Facing growing administrative burdens (excess hours completing post-visit school/camp paperwork), difficulty accessing relevant patient information, and the need to connect with other community providers and new payment models, the practice risked losing partnership opportunities over EHR compatibility.
