Ontario HIV Treatment Network (OHTN), a Toronto-based collaborative network supporting more than 30 AIDS Services Organizations across Ontario, needed a consistent way to document services and track worker activity across many agencies. Working with Athena Software, OHTN used Penelope HIV and AIDS support software to move away from inconsistent, agency-specific approaches and toward a more standardized data collection process.

Athena Software helped OHTN implement Penelope smart forms as the exclusive method for recording services and activities across 31 AIDS Services Organizations. The solution enabled uniform data collection, better visibility into work being done, and more reliable reporting; OHTN also worked with Athena Software on custom queries and reports to extract large volumes of data from completed forms.
