Nurse-Family Partnership, a Denver-based nonprofit that supports first-time mothers and their babies living in poverty, needed a more efficient way to collect and manage program data and track outcomes across its services. To address this challenge, the organization selected Athena Software’s Penelope case management software.

Athena Software implemented Penelope to provide flexible data tracking and reporting, configurable smart forms, and mobile-friendly access for staff. The new system helps Nurse-Family Partnership improve data collection for moms and babies, supporting better outcome measurement across a program that serves more than 33,500 moms in 42 states, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and six Tribal communities.
