Maersk Line, the world’s largest container shipping operator and the largest brand within the Maersk Group, needed guaranteed application uptime and end-to-end visibility to support a rapid digital transformation—moving from 20% to over 90% digital revenue. To become the digital leader in shipping, Maersk required a scalable, stable platform and the ability to quickly identify and remediate performance bottlenecks across cloud and on-premises services.

Maersk signed a five-year agreement to deploy Aternity’s end-user experience (EUE) and application performance management (APM) solution, giving a unified view across users, applications and networks. The implementation delivers real-time monitoring, faster troubleshooting, and proactive/predictive insights that improve uptime and user experience, and provides a backbone for Maersk’s broader digital initiatives.
