Atera implemented a centralised platform for remote access, monitoring, backups, ticketing and time recording, plus integrations with QuickBooks, allowing Cloudscape to retire four or five legacy systems and cut administrative overhead. The switch to Atera saved an estimated 14 hours per month on timesheet preparation, freed staff to focus on more profitable work, reduced customer service burdens, and positioned Cloudscape for continued growth.
