Cloudscape, a London-based managed service provider serving more than 50 contract clients, needed a single IT management platform to replace several disjointed systems and manual processes (including time tracked through Outlook) so it could automate routine tasks and scale profitably. The switch to Atera saved an estimated 14 hours per month on timesheet preparation, freed staff to focus on more profitable work, reduced customer service burdens, and positioned Cloudscape for continued growth.
