Optoma, a global designer and manufacturer of premium audio-visual equipment, sought to upgrade its corporate meeting room to better showcase its own products. The challenge was to create a high-performance presentation and conferencing system that was powerful yet intuitive, eliminating the complexity and user frustration of their previous setup. They turned to their technology partner, ATEN, for a solution that could seamlessly integrate numerous A/V feeds and environmental controls without overwhelming users.

ATEN implemented a solution built around its VK2100 control system and VM5404H video matrix. This system provided simple, centralized wireless control from a tablet, allowing users to instantly switch between sources, adjust lighting and audio, and display content side-by-side on multiple screens. The result was an elegant, automated, and highly reliable meeting space that employees now actively seek out for both business and recreational use, fully showcasing Optoma's own high-definition A/V equipment as intended.
