Medytox, a major South Korean biopharmaceutical company, needed a highly stable and flexible AV management and IT control solution for the multiple meeting and clinical observation rooms in its new office building. The challenge involved routing high-quality video and audio signals over long distances, supporting a video wall, and enabling seamless source switching for critical presentations and clinical trials. To meet these needs, they partnered with vendor ATEN and systems integrator JC Communication.

ATEN implemented a comprehensive solution centered around a VM1600 Modular Matrix Switch, various HDMI matrix switches and extenders, and audio de-embedders. This system provided centralized control via an iPad GUI, allowed for the separation of audio from video signals, and enabled stable long-distance signal transmission. The result was a seamlessly integrated environment that enhanced productivity for crucial company activities like product launches, training seminars, and clinical observations.
