A major financial services and trading corporation in Singapore sought to upgrade its multi-display system for monitoring and sharing real-time financial data. Their challenge was to centralize control of numerous video walls and displays across their trading floor, chief trader's office, and common areas, while allowing for intuitive mobile access and secure source sharing. They selected ATEN's VanCryst series of matrix switches, extenders, and the VK2100 control system to meet these needs.

The implemented ATEN solution used a core of two VM1600 Modular Matrix Switches to create a flexible, cost-effective topography that linked all displays and sources. This provided seamless, lossless switching of data feeds, enabling any trader to share information from their station to the main video wall and granting the chief officer complete centralized control from a single iPad. The result was a highly reliable system that streamlined the monitoring of exchange data across the entire corporation.
