Lion Travel Installs ATEN HDMI Matrix Switch to Easily Toggle Between Multiple HDMI Devices and Monitors

Lion Travel Group, a forerunner in Taiwan's tourism industry, faced the challenge of transmitting multiple high-resolution HDMI signals from various devices over long distances to multiple displays in the large, open space of their headquarters' coffee bar. The solution needed to be highly compatible with their existing equipment and support easy toggling between sources. They turned to vendor ATEN for a solution involving the VM0404H HDMI Matrix Switch and VE800 HDMI Extenders.

ATEN implemented a system where the 4x4 HDMI Matrix Switch routed signals from four different source devices to any of four displays. The VE800 Extenders used Cat 5e cables to transmit these high-quality 1080p signals over distances up to 60 meters. This provided Lion Travel with a stable, cost-effective, and highly compatible solution that allowed for effortless switching between sources, delivering a seamless multimedia experience for both employee relaxation and external events.
