Astana Media Center deploys ATEN KVM Solutions to better manage IT infrastructure for entire broadcasting workflow

Astana Media Center, a large broadcasting facility in Kazakhstan, required an efficient way to manage its IT infrastructure, which consisted of hundreds of servers distributed across seven separate server rooms to support its complex media workflow. This challenge led them to the vendor ATEN for a KVM solution to centrally control and maintain this vast equipment.

ATEN implemented its KVM over IP and local KVM switch solutions, including the KN2140v and CL5716 models. This allowed multiple users to achieve secure remote access to servers for maintenance and software updates, while the high-density, space-saving design optimized the use of their server racks. The ATEN solution provided Astana Media Center with a more efficient, flexible, and cost-effective method for managing its entire broadcasting IT infrastructure.
