A five-star hotel in Hong Kong required a sophisticated A/V installation for its new multi-purpose function room. The challenge was to find a minimal, 4K solution from ATEN that could efficiently switch between multiple HDMI sources and extend those high-quality signals to nine displays across a distance of 50 meters, all while maintaining a clean and quiet setup with minimal hardware.

ATEN implemented a solution using their VM3404H HDMI Matrix Switch and VE802R HDMI Receivers. This system processed and transmitted superb 4K resolution, enabled remote control via IR pass-through, and drastically reduced cable clutter by using a single Cat 6a cable to extend signals up to 40 meters. The result was a stable and sleek installation that met the hotel's high design and performance standards.
