Richland Library faced the challenge of a fragmented online experience and ineffective technology that hampered user engagement. They partnered with Aten Design Group to address these needs.

Aten Design Group designed and built a new Drupal 8 website with a unified search experience that integrates data from various APIs. They also developed Intercept, an open-source event management product that provides valuable data to drive strategic improvements. The solution created a seamless digital branch for the library, with Aten's work directly contributing to bolstering Richland Library's impact in its community.
