American Legacy Solutions launches custom platform with ATAK Interactive and 15+ tools

American Legacy Solutions (ALS), a client-first insurance brokerage, needed a bespoke platform to manage agent operations and scale their business, but found existing market solutions to be either too expensive or lacking critical features. ATAK Interactive was engaged to develop a custom solution to address this challenge.

ATAK Interactive built a fully custom, scalable platform using React and CodeIgniter that functioned as both a CRM and LMS. The solution automated workflows, provided over 15 custom tools, and featured advanced user management. This resulted in significantly improved operational efficiency, enhanced user experience, and seamless integration with third-party tools. The scalable system has already been successfully cloned for a new line of business, allowing ALS to effectively support its growing operations.
