UK Charitable Service Provider engaged Ataccama to address fragmented data across the organization — supporter, employee and volunteer information lived in at least four different systems plus numerous spreadsheets. The charity’s goals were to implement a single shared data platform, master supporter records to understand supporter journeys for better marketing, and become a decision-led organization by improving data quality.
