Astrix provided a comprehensive solution, managing the program and executing a phased, multi-release rollout of SampleManager LIMS 11, which was integrated with other key systems like SAP. Their approach minimized customizations, provided extensive change management, and included training the customer's IT team. The results were the successful deployment of all three releases across multiple sites, the standardization of hundreds of SOPs, and the establishment of a foundation for future growth and data integrity.
