Kalibri Labs launches 60 dashboards in under 2 weeks with Astrato

Kalibri Labs, a hospitality data analytics company, needed to deliver live, interactive analytics directly within its SaaS platform for its hotel clients. The challenge was to provide these customer-facing dashboards without the need to rebuild its data stack, which was built on Snowflake, or to divert its engineering team from core product development. They turned to the vendor Astrato for its embedded analytics solution.

Astrato implemented its warehouse-native BI platform, which connected directly to Kalibri's Snowflake data. This allowed for the creation of fully white-labelled, multi-tenant dashboards that were embedded into Kalibri's product. The results were significant: with Astrato's help, Kalibri migrated from its old system and consolidated 88 legacy reports into 60 live dashboards in approximately 10 days, enabling clients to interact with data from over 100 billion rows natively. This solution provided a new, embedded analytics experience for customers without requiring additional engineering resources from Kalibri.
