The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research needed a better way to monitor, filter, and respond to social media conversations about Parkinson’s disease, Team Fox, and the Foundation, while pushing leads and contact details into salesforce.com. The Foundation partnered with Astadia and Radian6 Marketing Cloud to support fundraising, clinical trial awareness, and community engagement.

Astadia implemented and customized the Radian6 Engagement Console, integrated it with the Foundation’s salesforce.com instance, and provided workflow setup and training. The result was a system that created new leads in three ways and helped staff manage premiere-night engagement at scale, including more than 50,000 social conversations, 43K mentions of The Michael J. Fox Show, 1,054 uses of #ThinkAble, 861 brand mentions, and 192 conversations about intent to give.
