The manual system relied on email, spreadsheets and in-person meetings, had no formal complaint or SAE process, and left one person handling both quality and regulatory work — creating time-consuming biweekly signings of 50–70 documents and limited ability to track trends or comply efficiently.
In 2020 Xyngular implemented AssurX Complaint Handling, Change Control and Document Management, replacing manual tasks with electronic workflows, automated training routing and reminders, and a dedicated SAE/complaint process aligned with regulatory timelines.
