Goodier Cosmetics, a Dallas-based leader in precision skincare formulation and manufacturing since 1922 (now part of Gryphon Investors), struggled with a paper-based quality management system. As the company expanded across multiple buildings, documents were frequently misplaced, approvals delayed, and the company even received FDA Form 483 observations tied to fragmented document and training records.

In 2018 Goodier implemented the AssurX eQMS—first document management, then training and change management—creating a centralized, 21 CFR Part 11–compliant system with electronic signatures, automated routing and escalation. The platform made documents and training statuses easily searchable and trackable, eliminated manual sign‑offs, improved time efficiency and audit readiness, and set the stage for rolling out deviation, nonconformance and audit management.
