Sodexo trains 80% of users optimally with Assima

Sodexo, a global food services and facilities management company, faced the challenge of rapidly rolling out new software applications to a large, geographically dispersed workforce. They needed a less complex training tool to secure the use of these new solutions, reduce helpdesk calls, and increase user productivity. To address this, they turned to the vendor Assima and its Assima Cloning and Digital Assistant Suite.

Assima's solution allowed Sodexo to create realistic training clones of their applications for both in-class and e-learning. This enabled massive, efficient roll-outs, such as training 2,500 employees on the Click'n Buy application very quickly. The results were significant, with an 80% optimal training rate and a noted increase in productivity. Sodexo reported that end-users became self-sufficient very quickly, and the use of Assima's tools has now been generalized across all their training.
