RSA, a leading UK insurer, needed to train 750 employees at multiple sites on a new underwriting system after consolidating major financial products onto a single platform from Accenture. To support the rollout, RSA first used a UAT version of the system for training, then looked for a more effective way to prepare staff, turning to Assima and its Cloning Suite (ACS).

Assima helped RSA create interactive, simulation-based training exercises by cloning the live application interface, enabling faster, more realistic training. In just four weeks, two RSA developers built 23 exercises that supported a blended learning approach, helping RSA train 750 employees in 12 months, cut training time per employee from 10 days to 7, improve assessment scores by 5%, and save about 3,455 training days a year, or nearly £300,000 annually.
