Applied Industrial Technologies worked with Assima during a large SAP ERP implementation that was being rolled out in eleven waves across the US and Mexico. With only 12 weeks to build, test, and prepare training, and with poor internet bandwidth at many sites, the company needed a fast, low-cost way to deliver end-user training without relying on a live training environment.

Assima provided simulation-based training using its software to capture transactions once and produce multiple outputs, creating interactive, browser-based HTML simulations that could run on laptops without internet access. Working with Accenture and Applied’s developers, Assima helped deliver 160+ simulations and 64 hours of training to 3,500 employees, reducing delivery costs and enabling a repeatable training solution that was delivered on time and on budget.
