Case Study: Mubea accelerates SAP-CC training with Assima Cloning Suite

Reduced SAP training time and maintenance costs with online training

Mubea, a global automotive manufacturer with 10,200 employees across 28 sites, was standardizing its IT landscape by rolling out a fully integrated SAP Convergent Charging environment. To prepare 3,000 employees in Germany for the move from multiple legacy systems, Mubea needed a fast, scalable way to train staff before the new system went live. Vendor Assima and its Cloning Suite were selected to support the training effort.

Assima created interactive, clone-based SAP-CC training exercises that closely mirrored the live system, and helped Mubea produce more than 100 exercises covering key business areas such as sourcing, sales, production planning, warehousing, shipping, quality management, and maintenance. The result was faster training development, no need to refresh or administer a separate training environment, and successful delivery to 750 staff in Germany so far, with plans to extend training to thousands more across Europe, the Americas, and Asia.
