Mubea, a global manufacturer of automotive components, faced the challenge of training thousands of employees worldwide on a new SAP-CC system while minimizing development time and maintenance costs. To ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems, they needed a faster and more efficient training solution than traditional SAP clients could offer and partnered with vendor Assima to implement the Assima Cloning and Digital Assistant Suite.

Assima provided a solution that cloned SAP functions to create over 100 interactive training exercises, which were developed before the live SAP system was even finalized. This approach resulted in significant time savings for both development and maintenance. The successful initial rollout to 750 staff in Germany received excellent feedback, and Mubea is now planning to extend the Assima training to thousands more employees across the EU, the Americas, and Asia, supported by the platform's multilingual capabilities.

Mubea
