Frontier Communications, a Fortune 500 provider of data, video, and voice services, faced the immense challenge of training 11,600 new employees on 11 different systems and 12 functional areas following a major acquisition. They also needed to educate an additional 18,000 existing staff on system and process changes, all while syncing with system upgrades during the development of their training content.

Assima provided a solution using its cloning software to create realistic simulations and job aids, which were part of a blended learning program. This included the development of 1,362 online courses and 300 simulations. The results were significant, with Assima helping Frontier save approximately $18.6 million in training costs. The program trained almost 30,000 staff, enabled new agents to take calls within their first week, and cut time away from the job by an estimated 60,375 working days.
