ENGIE, the world’s largest producer of non-nuclear power, needed to move 4,000 internal and partner staff to a new SAP CRM release over a single weekend as part of its Calypso project. To avoid disruption to critical sales, marketing, and customer service processes, the company needed a fast, effective way to train users on the upgraded system and interface before go-live.

ENGIE chose Assima and its Cloning Suite/ATS to create interactive training simulations that mirrored the new SAP CRM environment. Five trainers built 37 simulations and a user manual in 75 worker days, helping ENGIE train 4,000 staff in just over two months, cut training time by 30%, and reduce training costs significantly; user satisfaction also reached nearly 89%.
