Sodexo, a global facilities management and services company operating in 80 countries, needed a way to train thousands of geographically dispersed employees quickly as it rolled out new applications like Click’n Buy. The company wanted a solution that would make users self-sufficient fast, reduce helpdesk calls, and be easy to reuse across in-class and e-learning training.

Assima implemented its Assima Cloning Suite (ACS) and ATS training approach to mirror real application environments, create reusable training clones, and provide online job guides for ongoing support. Sodexo standardized training across applications and reported that users became self-sufficient very quickly, with results including 3,000 end users reached, 80% optimal training, and 30% faster onboarding.
