Canal+ worked with Assima to replace an outdated, classroom-based training approach for its Siebel 7.8 ERP system. The company needed a faster, more effective way to train employees on subscriber record management and application changes, while reducing the cost and inefficiency of its existing PowerPoint-driven process.

Assima implemented its Cloning Technology and Training Suite to create seven interactive eLearning modules developed with Canal+ and BearingPoint. The new training was easier to update, standardized across users, and helped Canal+ train more than 3,000 employees, achieve 100% properly trained users, and reduce onboarding time by 30%, while improving flexibility, interactivity, and user confidence.
