Caisse des Dépôts Develops One-Third of all Company Training with Assima

The Caisse des Dépôts, a network of 1,100 geographically dispersed agents in France, needed a better way to train staff on account holder information systems that represent one-third of all company training. Its existing sandbox-based approach delivered good classroom quality but could not support distance learning or coordinated training across locations. Assima was chosen to replace this model with a more realistic and flexible training solution, using its Assima Training Suite.

Assima implemented e-learning for 10 different applications, allowing trainers to create realistic, interactive modules, guided exercises, quizzes, demonstrations, and automatically generated documentation. The result was reduced maintenance costs, higher training quality, and strong user satisfaction, with 33% of all company training now delivered using Assima. The Caisse des Dépôts also launched online help and structured reporting for mandatory training, and the network was revitalized by the fully distributed ATS training model.
