Assima worked with SFR, a major French mobile operator, to help train customer service representatives on a new CRM system. SFR needed a way to prepare thousands of users to handle complex customer calls across many devices and applications, while replacing costly and inflexible traditional training databases.
Assima implemented its ATS e-learning solution, which cloned the CRM interface so employees could practice in a realistic, interactive environment at their workstations. This enabled early training before the production system was live, made training 3 to 4 times cheaper than database-based methods, improved support effectiveness, and helped reduce support calls by 70%, with 80% positive response.
