Union County Public Schools (Kentucky) needed a better way to manage growing IT assets used daily by students and staff across multiple sites. The technology team relied on manual Excel spreadsheets with no automation, making tracking, audits, and inter-site visibility inefficient as the district expanded to six locations.

UCPS implemented Asset Panda to replace spreadsheets, add barcode scanning, and integrate helpdesk ticketing for device issue tracking.
