Cellular One of Northeast Arizona, a regional wireless provider serving more than 80,000 customers, faced a growing asset-management problem: Marketing Events Coordinator Brittney Touchin was managing 150 events and multiple product lines using an outdated Excel sheet that tracked only ~400 items in one of four warehouses. The spreadsheet was never current, coordination among five team members broke down, and Touchin spent hours traveling to warehouses to count and verify inventory.
Cellular One implemented Asset Panda and customized it with photo cataloging, return handling, a reservation system, real-time tracking and automated email notifications, plus multi-user access and backend tweaks. The change saved up to 10 hours per week, automated roughly half of Touchin’s manual tasks, helped deliver 90–95% of events under budget, eliminated overbooking and greatly improved inventory visibility and logistics across all locations.
