Denver Seminary Simplifies Inventory Audit With Asset Panda

Denver Seminary, a graduate school of theology with nearly 900 students across multiple campuses and partner sites, needed a better way for its IT team to track physical assets, vendor contracts and software installs. Using an Excel workbook caused bottlenecks—technicians couldn’t edit simultaneously, there was no mobile access or reporting, and audits were time-consuming. Denver Seminary has been an Asset Panda customer since April 2017.

The seminary implemented Asset Panda’s desktop and mobile apps to perform a full physical inventory audit, using custom groups, fields and actions to streamline workflows. The solution enabled multi-location tracking, improved reporting and accuracy, and encouraged more frequent updates by technicians; customer service responsiveness was also noted. The IT team now saves roughly one hour per day and has simplified ongoing asset management for other departments.
